We hired Scorpion Septic to pump out our septic tank as preventive maintenance. Little did we know the nearby Crepe Myrle tree roots worked their way into the tubing the septic pumps through. There was a very bad blockage. The Technicians got to work and were able to replace the tubing, they hydro jet the drain fields, back pumped the drain fields due to saturation and drain field repair/ cross over repair. I heard Scorpion Septic commercial on WSB. They advertise if there is repair work, they don't charge you for pumping the septic tank. They kept their word! My husband was home and was impressed with their work and knowledge. They also helped remove the Crepe Myrtle tree. We would definitely recommend Scorpion Septic and plan to call them back when it is time to pump out the tank. Thank you, Scorpion Septic!

Professionalism all around. Scorpion Septic truly cares about the customer, a rarity nowadays. Not a pump and run type company. Pricing was reasonable. Logan's communication was quick and allowed me to be flexible with scheduling. Crew that arrived was hands down professional. Found the tank quickly and took the time to explain a fault we had that would further down the line (no pun intended) cause a major backup. Upfront and not pushy about pricing for the repair. Fixed the issue, pumped/cleaned the tank, and made sure I was good with everything. WSB-Radio definitely got me a win for my septic tank! Will use Scorpion Septic from now on.
