Fast to respond to my call and no hassle service. Cody explained every step of the process what he was doing and why it needed to be done. This is the second time I have called them out and I do not regret it. These guys are very knowledgeable and now septic systems. Septic service Is not cheap but knowing your not paying for services you dont need is important. Scorpion seem to be honest and upstanding. Thanks for fixing my issue.

Replacing a septic system is hands down the most expensive repair I have had. The Scorpion team, understood that, and made sure to explain the process in detail to us. These guys were very efficient and worked quickly to get the job done. And customer service? AMAZING! When I called, I spoke with Zoe. Very professional and a very polite young lady. She said she would have Nick call me. I didn't know how long that would take. Turns out, he called me back, within 20 minutes. And he has answered any question I asked. Scorpion Septic is now my go to company for septic needs. Will definitely be recommending them to others.

Shannon Wilmot, the owner of Scorpion Septic, was willing to come out to my septic emergency very quickly. I had sewer gas in the house and the tank and field lines were overflowing. He was able to access the problem, give me a reasonable price and a realistic time to complete the job. At all times he and his crew were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had once the job began. I would recommend Scorpion to friends, family, and neighbors without hesitation.

I called them a while back to pump my tank. And had them come back out yesterday to do repairs that were needed. Both times I experienced great customer service. Shannon came out the first time and was super professional and on time. Nick came out yesterday and I experienced the same from him. The prices beat your bigger companies and you get better work and satisfaction from scorpion septic. They will always be my first call for any future septic work. Incredible customer service. When our lines backed up, we called Scorpion Septic to come pump out our tank. They were very quick to respond, constantly notifying us when they'd be arriving. The guys were very friendly and worked efficiently to get the job done. They made us aware of an issue with the placement of our tank/lines that we were unaware of and gave us all the information needed to get it fixed. We were very pleased with our experience with Scorpion Septic and will definitely use their service again in the future.

Nick and David came out to pump and inspect my septic tank. The outlet pipe appeared to be clogged and the wrong material was used during the original install, 34 years ago. They dug up the outlet pipe and replaced it with the correct schedule 40 PVC pipe and a new outlet TEE. These men were very professional, did a really neat job, left my lawn in great shape, all I had to do is spread a few grass seeds where they dug. I would highly recommend Scorpion Septic for all of your septic needs, they do really good work and don't leave a mess.
