We hired Scorpion Septic to pump out our septic tank as preventive maintenance. Little did we know the nearby Crepe Myrle tree roots worked their way into the tubing the septic pumps through. There was a very bad blockage. The Technicians got to work and were able to replace the tubing, they hydro jet the drain fields, back pumped the drain fields due to saturation and drain field repair/ cross over repair. I heard Scorpion Septic commercial on WSB. They advertise if there is repair work, they don't charge you for pumping the septic tank. They kept their word! My husband was home and was impressed with their work and knowledge. They also helped remove the Crepe Myrtle tree. We would definitely recommend Scorpion Septic and plan to call them back when it is time to pump out the tank. Thank you, Scorpion Septic!

Their response time from when I called to when they return my call, and their promptness were very relieving and reassuring. They were able to do the work necessary and had all required equipment on hand. I will be using them again(if needed). I later found out from my personal FB post how reputable they are. Called Scorpion for what I assumed would be a simple pump out of my septic. We have lived in our home since 2019, and the septic was pumped out prior to our move in. Preston and Dylan came out and started assessing the situation. After some excavation, discovered I have multiple tanks, one of which hasn't been pumped as well as a water pump out tank which had solid debris in it with questionable piping as well as questionable piping into the main tank from the house. After agreeing to the quote, they made all repairs and pumped and cleaned all tanks and replaced the filter. These young men were very professional and knowledgeable. Being in the trades myself, they impressed me with their abilities as well as educated me on my system and the way it works. I now know more than I ever wanted to know about waste removal...lol. They have earned all my future business as well as future referrals. Thank you Scorpion and Preston and Dylan.

Jake and Logan provided AMAZING customer service. I got a few estimates and all the other companies said I needed to simply replace the whole septic system. No digging. No real analysis of the issue. Jake and Logan took their time, ACCURATELY diagnosed the problem and provided me with options which allowed me to make an affordable repair choice for our home. They walked me through the process and provided a great explanation to help me understand what was going on with my septic system. From first interaction via phone, Megan was amazing and helpful during an urgent situation. Though it was late in the day, she was able to work us into the schedule and connect us with her colleagues on the ground. For the work at our property, Jake and Logan were fantastic!
